About MySuka
What is MySuka?
MySuka is an online market based in Malaysia. We bring Malaysian snacks, drinks and cooking staples to people all over the world, and support the local brands that make them.
What can I buy?
Snacks and biscuits, coffee and tea, instant noodles, cooking pastes and seasonings, ready-to-eat meals, nuts, and a few handmade batik pieces. New finds land regularly.
Are your products halal?
Halal-certified products are labelled "Halal" on the product card and page.
Orders & pre-orders
How do I order?
Add items to your basket, check out with your delivery address, and pay on the secure payment page. You'll get an order number by email straight away.
What is a pre-order item?
Pre-order items are bought from our Malaysian suppliers after your payment is confirmed. They take about 3–5 working days to reach us before we can ship. If your basket mixes ready-stock and pre-order items, everything ships together in one parcel. If a supplier is delayed, we'll let you know.
How do I track my order?
Use Track order with your order number and email. Once shipped, you'll also get a Pos Malaysia tracking number.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Over 100 countries outside Malaysia, across Asia, Oceania, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. You'll see your country in the list at checkout. We don't deliver within Malaysia. We don't ship to the United States (coming soon) or Israel. Some countries restrict certain foods, so please check your local import rules.
How long does delivery take?
Overseas parcels usually take 3–7 working days after dispatch by EMS, or 7–14 working days after dispatch by Tracked Packet (for parcels up to 2 kg). These are estimates, since customs and local couriers can vary. Pre-orders need an extra 3–5 working days before dispatch.
How much is shipping?
It depends on your parcel's weight and destination, and is calculated automatically at checkout before you pay. See shipping rates.
Who delivers my parcel?
Our logistics partner is Pos Malaysia.
Do you declare customs correctly?
Yes. Every shipment is declared accurately with product descriptions, ingredients or materials, country of origin and HS codes, and a commercial invoice is included in the parcel.
Payment & currency
How can I pay?
By Visa or Mastercard on Stripe's secure payment page. We never see or store your card details. Full payment is taken when you order.
Which currencies can I see prices in?
MYR, USD, GBP, EUR, CHF, SAR and AED. Use the currency switcher at the top of the page. We convert prices with Bank Negara Malaysia's exchange rates (the central bank of Malaysia), updated every working day. Payments are charged in Malaysian Ringgit, and your bank converts it at its own rate, so converted prices are a close estimate.
